Overview
In line with our NIM Treasury Accumulation Plan announced on August 28, 2025, this brief disclosure summarizes NIM accumulation activity, key statistics, and transparency commitments, including cumulative totals and the average purchase price for August 2026. This is the final report of Term 2, which has now reached its 5% target.
Program Recap
In August 2025, we launched the NIM Treasury Accumulation Plan: a measured program to accumulate NIM from the open market into long-term treasury reserves. The initial authorization covered up to 5% of circulating supply with a budget capped at $1 million USD. In February 2026, once that first 5% was reached, the target was raised and the timeline extended, bringing the total authorized treasury position to up to 10% of circulating supply. Purchases were deliberately paced over time to avoid predictability, with no public price ceiling, and internal guardrails ensured disciplined execution. Funds originated from existing treasury reserves. All acquired NIM is held in publicly verifiable addresses.
